Shipping & Returns
Please note that we are only able to deliver to the UK at this time.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their shipping details are correct as all orders will be sent in accordance with these shipping instructions.
We aim is to get your parcel to you in a quick, cost effective, convenient and environmentally friendly way. The time aims below are estimated by the carrier once your order has been dispatched.
We offer the following shipping methods:-
Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 business day aim)
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 business day aim)
Royal Mail 2nd Class (4-6 day business day aim).
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (4-6 day business day aim)
All FREE Standard UK Delivery Over £35 orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class, unless you choose an alternative method above which will incur additional fees.
Please note that, once your order has been dispatched we no longer have control of your order and liability for damage, delayed or lost orders moves to the carrier. Guidance in respect of these events can be found on Royal Mail's website.
Orders sent regular 1st and 2nd Class post are not tracked and, in the event of a delayed or lost order you will have to refer to Royal Mail's guidance provided on their website for a solution. We are therefore unable to offer assistance in respect of your claim until after expiration of the limits as provided by Royal Mail. You may therefore wish to opt for Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 24 if you wish to track your order from dispatch.
Orders sent Tracked 24 and 48 are tracked and updates can therefore be provided after your order has been dispatched. Further guidance on Tracked delivery can be found on Royal Mail's website.
If your order is urgent, we recommend dispatch via Tracked 24 as the status of your delivery can be tracked once dispatched.
We retain proof of postage in all events.
In the event that your order is not received we recommend you Contact Us for a Certificate of Postage and further advice.
Return & Exchange Policy
Nothing makes us happier than your satisfaction. So, if for any reason at all, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund.
It's important that any returned item is returned to us within 14 days of purchase, in a re-saleable condition, meaning it should be returned with all original packaging, labels and is undamaged and unused.
All breakages/damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please make sure you keep hold of your proof of purchase, as you’ll need this for us to process your refund.
We aim to process your refund within 14 days of us receiving the goods, but are unable to cover returns costs.
Our returns policy is in addition to and does not affect your Statutory Rights.
